USEFUL INFORMATION ON DELIVERY
Find below information regarding our delivery.
Beò recognises that it has a responsibility to the environment beyond legal and regulatory requirements. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance as an integral part of our business strategy and operating methods.
- We aim to dispatch orders on a Thursday
- We deliver across the U.K.
- Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay.
- During extremely busy periods: Black Friday and Christmas bank holidays, we may need to slightly extend our delivery window. This will be by exception only. Please reach out to customer service if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.
- Unfortunately we are currently unable to dispatch orders to any BFPO or P.O. Box addresses.
- At this time we do not ship outside of the U.K. due to restrictions upon logistics, legalities and warranties.
- Delivery is free of charge over £50.
We are unable to change the delivery addresses for parcels once the order has been placed. Please note that any changes you make to your account after placing an order will not take effect immediately and won’t apply to orders already placed. As we are a small company, if you email us we may be able to help.
We aim to deliver your ordered products by the estimated date set out in the dispatch confirmation email, or if no date is given, at the latest within 30 days of the date of the dispatch confirmation email. In the event that your delivery is delayed for any reason within our control, we will do our best to keep you informed of the estimated delivery date. Please note that if the product(s) is/are not delivered within 30 days of the dispatch confirmation email, you are entitled to cancel the order and be refunded any amounts paid by you for that order. Please see our Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information on your right to cancel.
Ownership of and risk in the products you have ordered will pass to you at the time they are delivered to you. If you decide to return the product(s) to us for a refund or exchange in accordance with our Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges Policy, the risk will remain with you until you have posted the returned products to us.
Postal Strikes
Due to the postal strikes, your order may be slightly delayed. Please allow us a few extra days to receive your order.
International Delivery
At the moment we do not offer international delivery.
